Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Middlewest Cards ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Middlewest Cards ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Middlewest Cards provides a subscription-based tool for analyzing baseball card investment signals, dynasty fantasy baseball rankings, and related data ("the Service"). The Service is for personal, non-commercial informational use only.

The Service includes: dynasty ranking signals, card watchlist management, AI-powered chat analysis, prospect tracking, and portfolio tools.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Fees are charged via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Not Financial Advice

All content provided by the Service — including signals, rankings, scores, and AI chat responses — is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Baseball card markets are speculative and illiquid. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own buying and selling decisions. We are not liable for any losses you incur.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, data models, scoring logic, and design elements of the Service are owned by Middlewest Cards. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Third-party data (including baseball statistics, card pricing, and dynasty rankings) is sourced from various providers and subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or signal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Middlewest Cards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jackson County, Missouri.
